5 Best Ways to Withdraw Crypto Without Losing Your Hard-Earned Gains

DATE POSTED:June 2, 2025

Everyone watches cool crypto influencers and bloggers talk about the altseason — all while making money from our subscriptions, ads, and trading commissions. And many of them might not even be in the market themselves.

But if altseason actually comes and you earn your profits — or if you just need to cash out your crypto — I prepared a breakdown of 5 withdrawal methods to help you keep what you earned.

And at the end of this article — there’s a giveaway. Stay tuned!

We’ll cover

  • Direct withdrawal from exchanges to card (using Binance and ByBit as examples)
  • Online exchange services
  • Offline exchange services
  • P2P
  • Crypto cards
1. Direct Withdrawal from Exchange to Card

\ Binance and ByBit Rates and fees

\ Example: withdrawing 1000 USDT to euros

Binance

  • Rate: 1 USDT = 0.885 EUR
  • Fees: 1 USDT base + 0.5 EUR withdrawal
  • Calculation: (1000 - 1) × 0.885 - 0.5 = 883.5 EUR

ByBit

  • Rate: 1 USDT = 0.882 EUR
  • Fees: 1 USDT base + 0.08% + 0.28 EUR
  • Calculation: (1000 - 1) × 0.882 - 0.08% fee - 0.28 EUR ≈ 881 EUR

Risks: Depending on region and bank, your account may be temporarily frozen — test with small amounts.

Pros: Good rate, minimal risk of fraud.

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1–3 days, risk of card/block freezing.

2. P2P (My favorite)

\ Binance and ByBit p2p fees

\ On Binance and ByBit, P2P trading fees are 0% if you place maker orders, so we just compare rates

  • Binance average: 0.887 → 1000 × 0.887 = 887 EUR
  • ByBit average: 0.885 → 1000 × 0.885 = 885 EUR

Pros: Best rates, fast money.

Cons: Risk of scam (I haven’t faced any in 2 years), possible bank blocking.

3. Online Exchange Services

\ Bestchange rates

\ Use aggregators like BestChange.

  • Average rate: 1 USDT = 0.879 EUR
  • Calculation: 1000 / 1.1375 ≈ 879.12 EUR

Pros: Competitive rates.

Cons: Risk of scam, bank blocking risk.

4. Offline Exchange Services
  • Rate: ~0.87 EUR
  • 1% commission
  • Calculation: 1000 × 0.87 × 0.99 = 861.3 EUR

Pros: Get cash, no tracking.

Cons: Extra 1% fees, worse rate than direct withdrawal or P2P.

5. Crypto Cards (My least favorite, honestly a scam)

\ ByBit Card Fees

\ Using ByBit’s crypto card fees as example:

  • Fees: 0.5% foreign exchange + 0.9% crypto conversion + 3% FX pudding (rate slippage)
  • Rate: 0.885 EUR

Calculation:

Start with 1000 USDT

After 0.5% fee: 1000 × 0.995 = 995

After 0.9% fee: 995 × 0.991 = 985

Adjusted rate: 0.885 × 0.97 = 0.85845 EUR

985 × 0.85845 = 845.57 EUR

\ Pros: Probably no account freezes (Probably).

Cons: Lose about 38 EUR per 1000 USDT — basically giving money to the exchange.

Summary Table (Ranked by Amount Received per 1000 USDT)

| Rank | Method | Amount (EUR) | Pros | Cons | |----|----|----|----|----| | 1 | P2P (Binance) | 887 | Best rate, fast | Bank blocking risk | | 2 | P2P (ByBit) | 885 | Cheap and quick | Bank blocking risk | | 3 | Direct Exchange (Binance) | 883.5 | Good rate, trusted exchange | Slow withdrawal, freezing risk | | 4 | Direct Exchange (ByBit) | 881 | Reliable exchange | Fees, slow withdrawal | | 5 | Online Exchange Services | 879.12 | Competitive rates | Scam/bank risk | | 6 | Offline Exchange Services | 861.3 | Cash, anonymity | Extra fees, worse rate | | 7 | Crypto Cards | 845.57 | No freezing risk | High fees, worst rates |

Final Words

I personally use P2P because it’s the most profitable and haven’t faced problems. Sometimes I withdraw directly from the exchange if its rate is better than P2P.

I hate crypto cards and consider them a scam.

I gave you the fishing rod — this article saved you from losing 3 to 38 USD on every 1000 USDT you withdraw.
