How GGEZ1 achieved product-market fit

• Sustainability-backed cryptocurrency is superior to other asset-backed cryptocurrencies, such as stablecoins and gold-backed coins, because the underlying asset generates both financial returns and measurable economic and environmental impact. It combines the price stability of stablecoins with the security of being backed by diversified real-world assets.
• Cryptocurrencies backed by real-world assets will achieve broad acceptance in emerging markets because people trust the security and stability that come with tangible assets, as well as the benefits investments in sustainability bring to the region.

Milestones and achievements

• This nomination comes at a time when our project is gaining momentum and attracting attention.
• Last year, we won Best Pitch from the Middle East region at the Startup World Cup organized by Pegasus Tech Ventures, reaching the semi-finals in San Francisco in November 2023.
• Earlier this year, we also reached the semi-finals at the Leap 2024 Rocket Fuel competition in Riyadh.
• These achievements have been huge for us, and now, being nominated by HackerNoon feels like the next big step in gaining the attention and recognition we’ve worked so hard for.
